Everybody can do yoga to find their own unique connection with body, mind and spirit. We all breathe, so finding that connection within us is natural. Just as the breath is liberated, yoga is not confined to any religion, ideology or gender. Rather it gives us the experience of each of our identities or beliefs. Yoga is a technology to apply for higher living. Yoga can be referred to as an operator's manual for the human body.
Kundalini Yoga is especially helpful as an approach for women of all ages. We explore the teenage years, unlock sexuality and become creative. We find information and support for the childbirth years. Kundalini Yoga redefines "midlife crisis" by discovering the true power through menopause.
